Terms & Tracking information

Your order shipped from China, we can warranty send your order in time(in 2-3 business days), however we can't warranty the exact time when you can received, it's possible delayed by any reason, such as extreme weather, holidays, especialy before or after important festivals 10 days.

The tracking number will be updated at the status on PayPal; please don't ask us the questions like "when I can received", "where my order located" etc, we don't know as well; please check the status frequently once you received the tracking number; please contact with your local post office when the tracking information shows like " The item has arrived in the country of destination", You may need to take to the post office yourself in some country.

Following are some delivery ways we're using currently:

Netherland Post (it takes 2-4 weeks) -allowed delivery goods with battery

• tracking on here after you get the tracking number 2-3 days;
• tracking on here after a week.

DHL small package (it takes 2-3 weeks)

• tracking on here after you get the tracking number 2-3 days;

Hongkong Post (it takes 2-4 weeks)

• ship some low value items, no tracking number available.
